When a creeper is killed by any skeleton, wither skeleton, stray, bogged, or parched, it drops a random cassette from the following list:

When a ghast is killed by a fireball deflected by the player, it will always drop Till the End of Dawn .
When a chicken jockey is killed, it will always drop Hidden Hit..
However, the rider must be killed before the chicken.
Generated loot
Some cassettes can be found by exploring various structuresin the game. Typically, the appearance of the cassette matches the structure in which it spawns. The Finale! cassette can be found only as 
Cassette fragments, requiring 9 fragments to craft the Cassette.
Roaring Lava can be found in Bastion Remnants by looting general chests.
Hymn can be found in Monster Rooms, Strongholds, and Ancient Cities by looting chests.
Buried Secret can be found in Trail Ruins by brushing Suspicious Gravel.
