Better Creeper Animations

Better Creeper Animations brings Minecraft Bedrock's most iconic mob to life with smooth, fluid animations and biome-specific variants.

Smooth Animations

Every action the creeper performs has been completely overhauled with carefully tuned animations:

  • Idle — gentle, lifelike sway
  • Walking & chasing — natural leg movement that responds to speed
  • Swimming — proper paddling motion in water
  • Jumping, falling & landing — three-phase aerial animation that reacts to ground contact
  • Swelling — dramatic body inflation and trembling as the creeper builds up to detonate
  • Damage reactions — visible hit feedback when struck
  • Death animation — replaces the abrupt vanilla death with a smoother fall

Biome Specific Variants

The creeper now adapts to its environment:

Default Creeper — keeps the classic look in all other biomes

Cherry Creeper — spawns in cherry grove biomes, decorated with soft pink cherry blossom petals

Snowy Creeper — spawns in cold biomes (taiga, ice plains, frozen peaks, snowy slopes, and more) with a snow cap on its head

Pale Garden Creeper — spawns in the pale garden with a drained, ashen-gray look and eerie glowing eyes to match the biome's haunting atmosphere
