Backrooms Wire Entity - Creaking Replacement (Bedrock)

This resource pack replaces Minecraft Bedrock's Creaking with the Wire Entity from The Backrooms. I aimed to make the Creaking even more unsettling while keeping all its original gameplay mechanics. It still behaves like the vanilla Creaking; it simply has a different appearance and custom sounds to create a more horror-focused experience. This project began as a personal experiment. I wanted to see if I could take an existing 3D model and make it work as a fully functional Bedrock entity replacement. I had never created a project like this before, and I quickly learned that Minecraft Bedrock's resource pack system is more complicated than it seems. One of the biggest challenges was converting the original model into a format that Minecraft Bedrock could actually use. Bedrock doesn't support arbitrary mesh models for entities the same way many 3D applications do. I spent a long time learning how Blockbench works. I experimented with plugins, rebuilt parts of the model, created textures, exported geometry, and fixed errors until the game finally recognized it properly. Another challenge was replacing the Creaking's sounds. Bedrock's sound system isn't always straightforward. Figuring out how entity sound events work required a lot of testing. I wanted the Wire Entity to sound as unsettling as it looks while still functioning as a normal Creaking. What makes this project more meaningful to me is the hardware it was created on. This entire resource pack was made on a phone with only 2 GB of RAM. That meant almost everything took longer than it normally would on a PC. Large files were slow to open, Blockbench projects could become difficult to manage, and multitasking was nearly impossible. I often had to close apps just to free enough memory to continue editing. Despite those limitations, I kept working until I had a version I was happy to share. I hope this reminds you that you don't always need expensive hardware to start creating things. While better hardware certainly helps, determination and patience can go a long way.

Original Wire Entity 3D Model
I do not own the original Wire Entity model used as the basis for this resource pack. The model was created by:
The original model is available as a free model, and all credit for the 3D asset belongs to its creator. My contribution was adapting it for Minecraft Bedrock by converting it into a usable Bedrock entity model, creating the resource pack, preparing the textures, integrating it into Minecraft, and making it function as a replacement for the Creaking.
If you are the original creator and would like additional credit, changes in attribution, or have concerns about this upload, please contact me and I will gladly update the project.
Notes
This is a resource pack, not a behavior pack. Because of that, it does not change how the Creaking behaves. It only changes its appearance and sounds. The Creaking will still use all of its vanilla AI, movement, attacks, and mechanics.
If you want the full horror experience, I recommend using this pack at night or in dark forests with low brightness and headphones.
Thank You
Thank you for downloading my project and giving it a try. Every download, comment, bug report, and suggestion helps me improve future projects.
This is my first major Minecraft Bedrock resource pack, and I learned a lot while creating it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I enjoyed figuring out how to make it.
If you encounter any bugs or have ideas for improvements, feel free to leave feedback. I'd love to continue updating the pack and making it even better.
